2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Tekari P.S. Case No. 654 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation, the marriage of daughter of the informant was solemnized with son of the petitioner in the year 2017. The customary presents were given at the occasion of the marriage. It has been alleged that the accused persons were inflicting atrocities for non-fulfillment of demand of dowry. On 29.10.2023, the petitioner called the informant apprising him that there was some urgent work. The informant came and found that the room of his daughter was bolted from inside, when he peeped from the window, he saw the dead body of his daughter hanging

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is father-in-law of the deceased and he has no concern with day to day affairs of the couple. He has falsely been implicated because he is father of the husband of the deceased. Learned counsel submits further that the FIR reveals itself the innocence of the petitioner as he himself called the informant in whose presence the door of the room was opened.

5. From perusal of the FIR, it appears that the petitioner had called the informant and when the informant came, in his presence the door was opened where the dead body of the deceased was found hanging with the ceiling fan.

6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, VI, Gaya in connection with Tekari P.S. Case No. 654 of 2023, subject to the following condition:- The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
