The petitioner was allowed anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 05.07.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 18684 of 2017 in connection with Complaint Case No. 1503 of 2014 pending in the court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur/successor court.

Prayer is for extension of time as the petitioner could not furnish the bail bond.

Prayer is allowed with condition that the petitioner would deposit Rs.2,000/- in the Victim Compensation Fund and would produce a receipt at the time of furnishing of bail bond within four weeks from today.
