The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Mokama P.S. Case No. 154 of 2014 registered under Sections 395, 412 and 34 of Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has not been named in the First Information Report. It is further submitted that there is neither any recovery from the possession of the petitioner nor petitioner has been put on T.I. parade. It is further submitted that petitioner is in jail custody since 26.02.2015.

Learned counsel for the State however, opposed the prayer for bail and submits that at the instance of the petitioner, articles were recovered.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the
