JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-12-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 307, 506/34 and other sections of Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act. As per prosecution case, when the informant along with her children was alone in her house, all the FIR named accused persons came at her door and started firing by pistol. It is further alleged that all the accused persons entered in the house of the informant in search of her husband and threw the articles. They also threatened to kill her husband. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. It is next submitted that though there is allegation of

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in Nathnagar (Madhusudanpur) P. S. Case No. 110 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Navya/- U T
