09. 20.04.2016 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State.
The Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered under Sections 498A and 323 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the D.P. Act.
Considering that there is no dispute that now the application under Section 13B Hindu Marriage Act has been filed on the ground that the wife has received Rs. 50,000/- which was the agreed amount, in the interest of the parties exercising power under Section 482 Cr.P.C. the further proceeding of Complaint Case No. 997(C) of 2012 pending before the Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Danapur, Patna is, hereby, set aside.
The Application stands disposed of with the aforesaid observations.
