Case No. 129/2021 registered for the offence punishable under Section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

There is specific allegation of assault against the petitioner causing injury on the neck.

In view of the above, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail. It is, accordingly, dismissed. Re. Cr. Misc. No. 57755 of 2021 Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Dulhin Bazar P.S. Case No. 129/2021 registered for the offence punishable under Section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The specific allegation of assault is against Sunil Kumar.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case,

Accordingly, let the petitioners above named be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Danapur, Patna, in connection with Dulhin Bazar P.S. Case No. 129 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Saif/- U T
