The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is not named in the first information report. It is alleged that on the basis of confession of the petitioner stolen mobile was recovered from Amarjeet Patel. It appears that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in jail since 26.20.2014.

Considering the aforesaid fact that the petitioner has remained in jail for more than three months, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount
