The petitioners seek bail in Buxar Town P.S. Case No. 575 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and 47(A) of the Excise Act. From the possession of the petitioners 805 packets of country made liquor, each containing 200 ml., was recovered. Petitioners are in jail since 28.12.2014.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above named are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction to the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Buxar Town P.S.
