2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 417, 418, 419, 420, 466, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Patna Kotwali P.S. Case No. 452 of 2018.

3. It is submitted that pursuant to the enquiry in one prior case, namely, Dandari P.S. Case No. 51 of 2017 instituted for the same occurrence, on verification it was found that Letter No. 3595 dated 23.09.2017 is genuine. Similarly situated coaccused Kumari Mamta has been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 21.02.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 10530 of 2019.

4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, the provisional anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner by order dated 07.02.2019 by this Court

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.76786 of 2018(6) dt.05-04-2019 2/2 in connection with Patna Kotwali P.S. Case No. 452 of 2018 pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna is hereby confirmed.
