The petitioner by way of this writ petition has prays to direct the respondents to grant affiliation to the petitioner's college to impart Bachelor Courses (Hon's) of Sessions 20202023 and 2021-2024 in the faculty of Arts and Commerce. Reply has been filed and it is stated that the decision has been taken on 22nd March, 2022, rejecting the proposal of the University for granting affiliation as it does not fulfill the criteria regarding the land. The order dated 22nd March, 2022 is

In view of the decision taken by the respondents, which is not under challenge, no further direction can been issued in the present writ petition.

However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the said order independently, if he so chooses. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
