This is the second attempt of the petitioner to seek bail as earlier the bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 20.04.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 68319 of 2021. The order dated 18.01.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 68319 of 2021 is very clear and thus the Court is not persuaded to grant bail to the petitioner.

His prayer for bail is thus rejected.
