Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for the informant and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Baghaila P.S. Case No.43 of 2020, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/307/504/506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner Chitranjan Choudhary @ Chitranjan Singh allegedly caused injury at the head of Shipu Kumar. Other

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2655 of 2021(2) dt.15-11-2021 2/3 petitioners caused injury with lathi on non-vital part of the injured.

Since petitioner Chitranjan Choudhary @ Chitranjan Singh had knowledge that his act might cause death, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to him. Hence, the prayer for anticipatory bail is refused. However, in the event of surrender of the petitioner, the prayer for regular bail shall be considered without being prejudiced by the order of this Court. Other petitioners, namely, Raviranjan Kumar @ Rahul @ Raviranjan Kumar Singh and Priyaranjan Kumar @ Pappu, bear general and omnibus allegation and they have got no criminal antecedent, let them, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.

20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Baghaila Police Station Case No.
