Petitioners being parents-in-law of the deceased are languishing in jail custody since 19-07-2014 in a case registered under Sections-304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The postmortem report of the deceased reveals the cause of death as asphyxia.

Submission on behalf of the petitioners is that the deceased committed suicide in anger as she was not allowed by the petitioners to go to her parental home along with one unknown person.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9264 of 2015 (2) dt.11-03-2015 2/2 as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioners, named above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Dighabank P.S.
