The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Mahila P.S.Case no.131 of 2018 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 498(A) and 509/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The case is under Section 498(A) of the IPC and both the parties have appeared . The matter was referred to the Mediation Centre, vide order dated 15.01.2019 and the report of the Mediator is at flag 'X', which shows that the dispute between the parties has been resolved through mediation on terms of settlement mutually agreed upon them.

Both the parties have appears and they have not controverted the above facts.

In such of the matter, let the petitioner surrender within

No.73818 of 2018(4) dt.11-04-2019 2/2 a period of six weeks before the learned court below from the date of receipt of the order and on surrender he will be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Mahila P.S.Case no.131 of 2018 (G.R.no.7357 of 2018) subject to condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

It is expected that both the parties will abide by the terms and conditions as made out in the mediator report, failing which O.P.no.2 is at liberty to move for cancellation of the bail bond of the petitioner.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is allowed.
