The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Section 420, 392 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, some unidentified persons hired the car of the informant and when they reached near Shiv Mandir Nahar, on the point of pistol, the accused persons snatched the mobile of informant and thereafter, pushed him forcibly from the car and fled away with the said car. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that name of the petitioner has come during course of investigation. Initially, the petitioner was arrested in connection with Dehri Nagar P.S. Case No. 133 of 2020 and thereafter, he has been remanded in the present case. No incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and till date, he has not been put on T.I.Parade. Petitioner is in custody since

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as period of custody, the bail petition of petitioner is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Aurangabad in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 32 of 2020.
