2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Barachatti P.S. Case No. 15 of 2025 instituted for the offences under Sections 69, 308(2), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 66(E) of the I.T. Act.

3. Prosecution case, in short, is that the petitioner established physical relationship with the victim on the pretext of marriage. It is further alleged that the petitioner also recorded her intimate videos/photos and uploaded the same on social media platforms.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the

Learned counsel further submitted that the allegations levelled in the FIR are false and concocted. Learned counsel further submitted that petitioner and the victim were in love and this petitioner never forced her to make physical relationship. He further contended that petitioner uploaded the photographs only with the consent of the victim. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 09.01.2025 and has no criminal antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as also the period of custody undergone by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 15,000/- ( Rupees Fifteen Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court below/concerned Court in connection with Barachatti P.S. Case No. 15 of 2025.
