The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Piprakothi P. S. Case No. 75 of 2017 instituted under Sections 363,364 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation, in brief, is that minor daughter of the informant was enticed away by some persons and apprehension against the accused persons is raised by the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that girl of the informant had eloped with one Sheruddin and in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. she has stated that only one person has kidnapped her and she was caught by the police along with that boy and this petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having considered the aforesaid facts and

Imamuddin in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran in connection with Piprakothi P.S.Case No. 75 of 2017; subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
