The petitioner is in custody in connection with Patrakar Nagar P.S. Case No. 131 of 2018 for the offenses under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that allegation against the petitioner is that he has committed dacoity at gun point. The petitioner is in custody since 02.07.2018. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the case was registered against unknown person.

Considering the aforesaid, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/-(Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
