2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 325, 308, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Prosecution case, in brief, is that on the alleged dated and time of the occurrence, all the 19 F.I.R. named accused persons including this petitioner came at the house of the informant with arms and ammunition and allegedly, this petitioner threw the informant on ground and thereafter, all the accused persons assaulted him.
4. It is submitted that allegation of assault is general and omnibus and this petitioner is only alleged to have dashed the informant on the ground. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.
5. Considering the nature of accusation and clean
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49261 of 2023(3) dt.30-08-2023 2/2 antecedent, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 1st, Supaul in connection with Triveniganj P. S. Case No. 106 of 2020, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Navya/- U T
