JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 24-01-2019 Having regard to the fact that representation of the petitioner has been rejected, the correctness of the decision cannot be looked into in the contempt proceeding in view of the law laid down by the Supreme Court in case of Union of India vs. Subedar Devassy [(2006) 1 SCC 613], the Court is not inclined to proceed further in the matter. However, liberty shall be available to the petitioner to challenge the decision of the Corporation in accordance with law before an appropriate forum.
