The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bikram P.S. Case No. 54 of 2000 for the offence under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(A)(1-b), 26 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier the petitioner was granted bail and his bail bonds was cancelled on account of lack of Pairvi. He submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 27.03.2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and earlier he was granted bail, but his bail bonds was cancelled due to lack of Pairvi, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48810 of 2019(2) dt.06-08-2019 2/2 of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Danapur, Patna in connection with Bikram P.S. Case No. 54 of 2000 with the condition that petitioner shall appear on each and every date fixed in the trial and the trial court shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner, if he fails to appear in the court proceeding for two consecutive dates without any cogent reason.
