The petitioners, who are the parents-in-law of the deceased, seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Deo P.S. Case No. 69 of 2020 dated 14.07.2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 304(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the accusation against them is general and omnibus. It has further been submitted that the deceased and her husband resided in Delhi where the profligate ways of the husband of the deceased led to the domestic squabbles between them. Even when the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3839 of 2021(2) dt.30-07-2021 2/2 couple returned to their home village, such feud continued and that perhaps was the reason for the deceased to have ended her own life. So far as the petitioners are concerned, during the course of investigation, it has come to light that they had been spending most of their times running a provision shop and had practically no say in the affairs of the deceased and her husband.

The husband of the deceased is in custody.

For the aforestated facts, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on their furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Deo P.S. Case No. 69 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
