The petitioner being the father of the husband of the victim is languishing in custody since 20.09.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after three years of the marriage for non-fulfillment of the dowry demand.

Considering the fact that the victim has two issues from the wedlock and it is a suspected case of suicide when the husband of the victim has been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. No.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6135 of 2015 (02) dt.16-02-2015 2/2 41214 of 2014, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VI, West Champaran at Bettiah in connection with Sessions Trial No. 28 of 2015 arising out of Shikarpur P.S. Case No. 424 of 2013.
