JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 03-10-2018 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner be granted liberty to file a representation for payment of the admitted dues of salary including for the period of strike.

In view of the aforesaid, this Court deems it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent no. 2 by filing a representation within a period of two weeks from today and if such representation is filed, the same shall be disposed of by the respondent no. 2 within eight weeks thereafter and in case, any salary is found due and payable, the same shall be paid within four weeks from passing of the final order.

The writ petition is disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
