The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Sections 272, 273 and 290 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47(a) of the Excise Act.

800 litres of spirit was recovered. The petitioner disclosed that he has got no manner of concern. His sons were doing the business of wine. The petitioner is in jail since 22.12.2014.

It appears that the petitioner has already remained in jail for more than three months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
