The petitioner seeks bail in Jandaha P.S. Case No. 191 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR. The informant disclosed the registration number of the motorcycle of the dacoits as BR31F-5974 and alleged that they looted away different articles including his motorcycle bearing Registration No. BR31J-2850. It is submitted that the name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.
