The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence under Sections 420, 366, 376, 120(B), 34 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant allegedly married with the petitioner in a temple and thereafter she came to know that petitioner was already a married person.
Considering the nature of allegation and the fact that informant voluntarily married with the petitioner, she should have verified the marital status of the petitioner prior to marriage, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Kadirganj P.S. Case No. 05 of 2018, with following conditions:
(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial
