The petitioner is languishing in custody since 14.12.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that this petitioner along with coaccused Sarju Sharma and Ranjan Sharma killed the wife of the informant after administering her liquor. This fact was disclosed the informant by the minor daughter of the informant Anjani Kumari.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that other daughter of the victim was with the victim at the relevant time, but her statement has not been recorded by the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7207 of 2015 (02) dt.02-03-2015 2/2 police. The victim's minor daughter Anjani Kumari has stated that this petitioner in league with Sarju Sharma and Ranjan Sharma administered liquor, but the injury was caused by Ranjan Sharma and considering the fact that post-mortem report does not reflect the presence of Alcohol in the viscera of the victim, co-accused Ranjan Sharma has been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. 9522 of 2014. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Hulasganj P.S.
