Petitioner is not named in the first information report but from perusal of the impugned order, it appears that the petitioner made proposal for purchase of stolen tractor and the aforesaid fact came in the confessional statement of co-accused.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur in Kuchhila P.S. Case no. 06/2014.
