JUSTICE AMARESH KUMAR LAL ORAL ORDER 22-07-2015 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the State and the informant.
The petitioner seeks bail in a case for the offence punishable under Sections 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.
It appears that vide order dated 26.02.2015, the petitioner was granted interim bail and the matter was referred to the Mediation Centre.
The mediator report dated 24.06.2015 has been received which shows that the mediation could not succeed. Considering the facts and circumstances, the interim order dated 26.02.2015 is confirmed. The petitioner will remain on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6663 of 2015 (4) dt.22-07-2015 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in Begusarai Mahila P.S. Case No.3 of 2015 with the following conditions :
1.
One of the bailors will be the close relative of the petitioner.
2.
The petitioner will not indulge in similar or in any other offence.
3.
The petitioner will be well represented in the court.
4.
In case of absence for two consecutive dates or in violation of the terms of the bail, his bail bond will be liable to be cancelled by the court concerned.
