The petitioner wants to renew her prayer of pre-arrest bail which was earlier dismissed as withdrawn by order dated 22.05.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 19034 of 2017, on the ground that the petitioner was never arrested but due to wrong submission made by the learned counsel of the petitioner the order dated 22.05.2017 has been passed. The petitioner is the elder gotni of the complainant. There is no specific allegation against the petitioner. The petitioner is living separately from the husband of the complainant and, as such, the petitioner deserves sympathetic consideration.

In the facts and circumstances stated above, let the petitioner above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Rahul Kumar, learned A.C.J.M.-cum-Sub-Judge-VIII, Patna, in connection with Complaint Case No. 2977 (C) of 2010, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
