2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Pakdidayal P.S. Case No. 106 of 2017.
3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated merely because he happens to be the husband of the deceased. As a matter of fact the wife died after she was burnt in an accidental fire while she was cooking.
4. Having regard to the nature of accusation and gravity of the offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.
