JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 23-02-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners are parents -in-law of the deceased and they are languishing in jail custody since 26.01.2014 in a case registered under section 304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Although, petitioners are named but general allegation of assault and torture has been leveled against them and moreover, the impugned order reveals that information regarding the death of the deceased was given to the informant by husband of the deceased.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as

No.7260 of 2015 (2) dt.23-02-2015 2/2 well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Rosera, Samastipur in connection with Hasanpur P.S.Case No.06 of 2014.
