Petitioner is in jail custody since 07.09.2014 on the accusation that one country made katta and three live cartridges were recovered from his possession. No doubt, earlier five cases were registered against the petitioner but all the aforesaid cases were registered either under Section 307 or under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code etc.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran in connection with Madhoura P.S.
