The petitioner seeks bail in Ariari P.S. Case No. 152 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 366A and 363 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 18 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. The petitioner is not named in the FIR.

Rahul Kumar @ Rahul Ram is alleged to have kidnapped the daughter of the informant. During the course of investigation, it transpired that the petitioner also helped Rahul Kumar @ Rahul Ram. Rahul Kumar @ Rahul Ram has already been enlarged on bail in Cr. Misc. No. 49039 of 2014. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11451 of 2015 (2) dt.03-04-2015 2/2 Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, cum-Special Judge, Lakhisarai in connection with Ariari P.S. Case No. 152 of 2014.
