In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Kaluahi P.S. Case No.02 of 2017 (C.R.I. Case No.16 of 2017), registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is direct allegation against the petitioner to have caused injury on the head of the informant. Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. If the petitioner surrenders before the Court below within four weeks from today and prays for bail, the Court
