The petitioner seeks bail in Special Case No. 02 of 2019 corresponding to Raniganj P.S. Case No. 29 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 20, 22 and 24 of N.D.P.S. Act.

It is alleged that 60 Kg. of Ganja has been recovered from Honda City vehicle. Two persons namely, Rajesh Kumar Sharma and Rajesh Kumar Mandal were arrested by the Police. They disclosed the name of this petitioner.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has not been arrested on the spot. There is no recovery from his possession.

Petitioner is in custody since 4.2.2019 having clean

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Araria, in connection with Special Case No. 02 of 2019 corresponding to Raniganj P.S. Case No. 29 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioner.
