The petitioner is said to be found in possession of 14 counterfeit notes of 500/- denomination. The petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the petitioner never attempted to use the aforesaid notes.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Baunsi P.S. Case No. 182 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Sri P. Chouhan, Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Banka.
