1. None appears on behalf of the petitioners when the mater was called upon for hearing.
2. The instant revision is pending since 2016. No accommodation is called for on behalf of the petitioners.
3. I have perused the impugned orders, passed by the Trial Court and confirmed by the Court of Appeal. I do not find any illegality or material irregularity in the impugned orders.
4. Therefore, the instant revision is dismissed.
5. The bail-bonds of the petitioners be forfeited. The
Patna High Court CR. REV. No.728 of 2016(6) dt.09-02-2024 2/2 petitioners are directed to surrender before the Trial Court within 15 days from the date of communication of the order, failing which the Trial Court is at liberty to execute warrant of arrest against the petitioners.
