2. The present writ petition has been filed for declaring the result of the written test given by the petitioner for the post of Constable from Home Guard Quota.

3. Earlier the petitioner Mani Bhushan Sharma has moved before this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 1000 of 2011 which was disposed of vide order dated 05.07.2011 in which the petitioner has submitted that his case is covered by the decision rendered in L.P.A. No. 831 of 2009 and for this submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of but the petitioner approached again this Hon'ble Court for the same relief and petitioner is seeking in his writ petition for publishing the result of the petitioners.

Learned counsel for the respondent no. 4 (Central Selection Board of Constables) has filed a counter affidavit stating therein that LPA No. 831 of 2009 is pertaining to the Advertisement No. 01 of 2004 and 02 of 2004 and the present Advertisement No. 02 of 2009 in which the present petitioners have appeared in the written test and candidature of both the writ petitioners were rejected due to filing their wrong roll number in their answer sheets during the examination and due to this reason, the result of the petitioners were not published and the candidature

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, that the Board has rightly rejected the candidature of the petitioners in terms of the advertisement and, accordingly, the present writ petition stands dismissed.
