It is pointed out that in Para-1 and prayer portion of Cr. Misc. No. 12481 of 2015, in place of Sadar P.S.Case No. 448 of 2014, it has wrongly been typed as Town P.S.Case No. 448 of 2014 and the similar mistake occurred in order no, 2 dated 27.03.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 12481 of 2015. Petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in para-1 as well as prayer portion of Cr Misc. No. 12481 of 2015 within course of the day. Similarly in order no. 2 dated 27.03.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 12481 of 2015, Town P.S.Case No. 448 of 2014 be read as Sadar P.S.Case no. 448 of 2014. Accordingly, the order dated 27.03.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No.12481 of 2015 is modified to the above stated extent.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17712 of 2015 (2) dt.22-04-2015 2/2 In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this petition stands disposed of.

Let this order be communicated to the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Sadar P.S.Case No.448 of 2014.
