Although the petitioner is named in the first information report but admittedly, the informant is not an eye witness of the alleged occurrence and having more or less similar allegation, some co-accused persons have already been granted privilege of bail by different benches of this court. Taking into consideration the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Bihariganj P.S. Case No. 97 of
