The petitioner, who is one of the aspirants for being appointed as Anganwari Sahayika at Dumari Kalan, Ward No. 11, Centre No. 67 in the district of Sitamarhi, is aggrieved by the fact that the selection process has not been taken to its logical conclusion.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that one Nitu Devi was about to be selected but on the

Patna High Court CWJC No.14360 of 2019(2) dt.19-07-2019 2/3 complaint of the petitioner about her certificates not being genuine, an enquiry was conducted; nonetheless, the process has not yet been concluded and the representation of the petitioner before the various authorities including the District Magistrate, Sitamarhi has yielded no result.

Hence, the writ petition.

The petitioner, under the aforesaid circumstances, is directed to make a complaint, if so advised, before the C.D.P.O., Majorganj, Sitamarhi (Respondent No. 5), who shall dispose off such complaint after affording reasonable opportunities to the parties within a period of 30 days from the date of filing of such complaint. Should it not be done within the aforesaid period, the matter would automatically be transferred to the office of District Programme Officer, Sitamarhi, who shall look into the matter and pass necessary orders in the light of the Guidelines of 2019. If the petitioner still remains dissatisfied with the order of the District Programme Officer, Sitamarhi, she shall have an option to approach the concerned Divisional Commissioner. Patna High Court CWJC No.14360 of 2019(2) dt.19-07-2019 3/3 basis of the new Guidelines of 2019.

With the aforesaid observation / direction, this petition stands disposed off.
