Petitioner happens to be uncle of F.I.R named accused Darud Ali against whom in course of investigation, it came to light that it was Darud Ali, who took the victim and so far as petitioner is concerned, it has only come in course of investigation, that he helped the co-accused Darud Ali in committing the alleged crime. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Marhaura P.S.Case No. 389 of 2014.
