JUSTICE GOPAL PRASAD ORAL ORDER 22-07-2015 A report was called for about F.S.L. report which has been received in sealed cover by this Court along with attested copy of report which was directed to send down to the court concern, which has not been sent.

The office has reported that instead of sending the report to the court concern, inadvertently it has been sent to Director, F.S.L.Patna However, from perusal of the record, it appears that carbon copy of case diary and attested copy of report of F.S.L. kept on record.

Hence the same be send down immediately to the trial court at once so that the same be received within two weeks. Registry to comply it at once.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12948 of 2014 (8) dt.22-07-2015 Further it has been reported that F.S.L. report has been sent to Director, Forensic Science Laboratory through Registrar, Civil Court, Patna vide Memo No. 10420 dated 15.01.2015. The Director, F.S.L. Patna, is directed to send the same to the court concern i.e. court of In charge, Additional Sessions Judge-1st-cum-Special Judge, (N.D.P.S.Act) Gaya, for expeditious disposal of the case.

However, having regard to the fact that allegation is of recovery of 30 K.G. Ganja from the possession of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. However, the trial court is directed to expedite the trial and Registry is directed to take strict steps for sending the F.S.L. report along with carbon copy of case diary to the court concern immediately for early disposal of the case.
