The petitioner happens to be elder brother-in-law of the deceased and having more or less similar allegation, coaccused Lalan Yadav and Daivati Devi have already been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by a coordinate bench of this court vide order dated 12-01-2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 1043 of 2015.

Accordingly, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 149 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai.
