The petitioner seeks bail in Kishanganj Rail P.S. Case No. 22/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 20, 22 & 08 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

It appears that 13 kg. ganja was recovered from the possession of the petitioner and for that the petitioner is in jail since 20.10.2014. The alleged recovery is less than commercial quantity. The petitioner is in jail only from five months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected. The trial court is directed to conclude the trial within five months from the date of receipt of this order. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) Rakhi/- U T
