Case No. 2726 of 2017 arising out of sultanganj P.S. Case No. 168 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under sections 448, 341, 323, 385, 379 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case in retaliation of the earlier case lodged by the wife of this petitioner against the wife of the present informant vide Annexure-2.
