Learned counsel for the petitioner filed a supplementary affidavit in the Court. Let the same be kept on record. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable u/s 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307, 354(B), 354(C), 354(D), 504, 506, 342, 448 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of Arms Act.
Allegedly, the petitioner along with other co-accused persons entered in the house of the informant. Co-accused Dinesh Singh assaulted and opened fire upon the informant by due to which he sustained injury.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and have committed no offence. He has been falsely implicated in this case. No such occurrence, in the manner as alleged, has ever taken place. The allegation

There is no specific overt act against the petitioner. The specific allegation is against the co-accused Dinesh Singh to fire upon the informant. He further submits that from the perusal of the FIR only charge made out against the petitioner is of being a member of an unlawful assembly. Petitioner has 11 criminal antecedent.
Learned APP for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his/her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/Successor Court in connection with Salimpur P.S. Case No.188 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) shikha/- U T
