Taking into consideration that there is specific allegation of gang rape against the petitioner, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Parbatta P.S. Case no. 28/2016 pending in the court of Addl. Sessions Judge I, Khagaria stands rejected.
